Uncover how your everyday movement habits are contributing to shortened muscles, tension knots, and limited range of motion. In this workshop, we’ll:
do some reflecting to figure out what the heck is up with that
get some preventative education to help shift that effort
take restorative time to release built up discomfort (to help you restart from a more-easeful place)
You’ll leave this workshop in a refreshed and softer state, with good tools to stop the vicious cycle.
Join me on August 1 at 11am to unburden your neck and shoulders and start sinking into suppleness.
Pre-registration is required due to limited spots.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen, water, and anything else that would add to your comfort (blanket, pillow, snacks, fidgets, or hand activities).
What should I wear?
There will be a good amount of floor sitting and movement, so please dress for your comfort.
What’s the cost?
We recommend a donation of $20-$40. All donations go to Honeycomb Arts & Wellness Collective to support their community offerings for art, culture, and wellness. Feel free to make your donation to Honeycomb Arts & Wellness through Paypal or Venmo @honeycombartsandwellness prior to the event, or bring cash for an in-person donation.
